Spotlight:
January 2011 - The Leadership Studio at Muskoka Woods
I was lucky to work on this very fun project at the end of 2010 and am so happy to see the site now live and looking gorgeous. The Leadership Studio trains both youth and seasoned leaders to "look at the world and say it doesn't have to be this way, and do something about it."
In addition to the website copy, I got to create the script for a forthcoming video tour. This space is so wonderfully designed, it's well worth a peek.
The best part of writing the content for this site was getting to revisit beautiful Muskoka Woods on Lake Rosseau in Ontario. Many, many years ago I was a spry young wakeboarding instructor at MW and I personally experienced the leadership training this place offers.
December 2010 - Trinity Western Magazine no.19
Another STUNNING issue of TW mag hit mail boxes a few weeks ago. As External Editor, my role is far less involved than it once was, but this publication is still a huge source of pride for me.
I give oversight on story lineup, help writers find the "story" in what are often bland topics handed down from above, and then substantively edit every word they produce.
Working on this bi-annual mag is the highlight of every six months because it means interacting with an incredibly talented and creative team.
